Aims: By the end the lesson, students will be able to: - ask and answer questions Where are you going this summer? I’m going to .. .. - remember the words: - practice reading, speaking, listening. Teaching aids: TV, laptop, board. B. Procedures: I.Warm – up and review: Teacher asks some students. (pictures) Example S1: Where are you going this summer? S2: I’m going to Ha Long Bay Ask students to work in pairs. II. LISTEN AND TICK 1. Listen and tick: Ask students to look at the pictures at page 65 Ask students to identify the places in the pictures.Have Ss in groups guess. Play the recording through for students to listen. Play the recording again for the students to listen and tick the correct answers. Play the recording once more for students to check their answers. Sharing and comparing. Teacher checks and corrects. 2. Look and write. Set the scence: How many pictures are there? Ask students to identify places in each picture. Students write on the notebooks individually.
